The frame was attached at each corner with an angled bracket, allowing it to hang freely from the ceiling. The round iron rods of varying lengths were bent and welded into the frame so that each bottle could be placed conveniently.
Turning Ideas Upside Down
Challenge
A ceiling lamp designed to be artistic and truly unique.
Approach
Materials, Processing, Special Features in Detail
Raw iron, round iron, angle iron, LED lighting
A built-in LED strip provided the primary lighting. For secondary lighting, we used bulbs that playfully and subtly reflected the different colors of the empty bottles in the frame. The bottle holders were made in varying lengths so that the bottles hung at different heights and depths
The Finished Solution / Product
A ceiling lamp that turns perspectives upside down.
